01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users of the 10bed platform and all its services ("you" or "member") and the entity operating 10bed ("we", "10bed" or "platform"). • Silver: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%.
• Gold: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.7%.
• Platinum: Maximum weekly cashback of 1.0%.
• Diamond: Maximum weekly cashback of 1.2%.

Reaching a higher VIP tier depends on regular activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is added to eligible members' accounts every Monday. Cashback balance is directly usable, though specific wagering requirements may apply before withdrawal.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 10bed's Rights

10bed may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
